Do you offer a loyalty program for repeat customers?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards and cash. An ATM is also available at Phenotopia’s retail location.
Can I make an order online?
Yes, we do! Our website’s menu allows you to reserve your order online and pick up and pay in-store or online. Online orders are limited to same-day pickup only. Online ordering is free of charge, please visit our menu to find out more.
What are the taxes?
The State of California and the local authorities collect taxes on all sales at Phenotopia.
The taxes are:
15% Excise Tax on all cannabis purchases.
9.25% Sales Tax on all purchases.
What if I forget my identification?
Unfortunately, for legal reasons we cannot sell cannabis to you without a valid ID, so please make sure to bring one with you!
Do you have customer discounts and deals?
Yes, we have a great variety of deals. First-time customers receive 20% off the subtotal, plus we offer discounts for veterans, seniors, and cannabis industry workers – just ask, and have your applicable ID ready.

Do you deliver?
Currently, we do not offer delivery.
Do you accept product returns?
Defective products may be returned with a receipt within 30 days at the store manager’s discretion. Rest assured, no matter what the situation is we pledge to always go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile.
Do you accept medical recommendations?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid ID, and medical recommendation for all medical purchases (no copies please).
Am I required to pay taxes if I’m a medical patient?
If you possess a valid California Medical Marijuana Identification Card, you are not required to pay the sales tax.
What are the age requirements and limits for purchasing cannabis at Phenotopia?
Recreational customers must be at least 21 or older and Medical customers must be 18 or older.

Adult Recreational customers:

Is the cannabis you sell tested by a laboratory?
Yes, all cannabis products sold in licensed retailers are tested by an independent lab for microbiological contamination, pesticides, residual solvents as well as THC potency.
